2023 Easter Event

The Albanian & American Open Hand Association, Destination Tomorrow and Miriam Quin organized Easter Egg Hunt at 2134 Barnes Avenue. After we finished our Thursday morning food giveaway, at 3 pm we started a special Easter event. Hundreds of families came out to celebrate Easter.

The children made lasting memories by coloring over 500 eggs, playing and taking photos with a giant Bunny. Thursday April 6, we gave out over 13,000 eggs and 200 goodie bags.

We thank Our state senator Gustavo Rivera and our Congressman Ritchie Torres for supporting our event. Special thanks to our big sponsors Empire Healthplus and Blue Cross Blue Shield for coming to our events at all times.

We thank Joanna Flores, the Empire Healthplus Community Coordinator for attending the event.
