Celebration Of International Mother Language Day

The association of Albanian American Dual Language & Culture (AADLC) celebrated the International Mother Language Day. Leaders of (AADLC), Albanian American Open Hand Association (AAOHA), VATRA as well as Children Of The Eagle and their parents open the event signing the flag pledges of United States of America and Albania. Throughout the event participants sang and danced their most favorite songs and dances.

AADLC awarded VATRA and AAOHA in recognition for preserving, supporting and developing Albanian culture among children of diaspora.

The president of AAOHA, Aleksander Nilaj, thanks Drita Gjongecaj and AADLC, for distinguished efforts to teach and preserve the Albanian Language and Culture to youngsters. He, promised to always help AADLC and the Children of The Eagle and wishes them further success in their sacred path of nurturing the Albanian Language and Culture to generations to come.
