Helping Families in Kelmend of Shkodra, Albania

The Humanitarian Organization AAOHA – Albanian American Open Hand Association, whith its headquarteres in New York, has been trying to bring hope and smiles to some families in the hometown Kelmend of Shkodra in Albania.

This year, continuing with the tradition, boxes with food for the holidays were distributed to 14 families in Kelmend of Shkodra.

These funds were collected by the Albanian American Open Hand Association with founder and President Alexander Nilaj from New York, United States of America.

We thank all the donors that once the announcement was made, they opened their hearts as always and showed their support and helped the cause.

Special thanks to those who made this possible and who also helped in organizing, distribution and delivery of the packages to the 14 families,

they are: Mr. Kanto Sokaj, Mr. Gezim Vucaj, Another Life and TV Kopliku.

We wish all Albanians wherever they are, Happy Holidays and all the best in 2019.

We remain hopeful that in the future we will have more donors.
