Voice of America features AAOHAs activity in Shkodra Albania
In the village of Gruda e Re in Shkodra/Albania, representatives of the associations of para-tetraplegics of Shkodra and Malësia e Madhe have joined to welcome about 20 wheelchairs, donated by American citizens for people with disabilities.
